Hi everyone, I am Jillian Hayes. Let me tell you a little about myself, and why I became a trainer. I am 26, I have three beautiful kids all under the age of 5. At one point was 181 lbs, I was tired, I had no energy, I was depressed and I felt very insecure about who I had become. My weight was even affecting my intimacy between me and my husband. I tried every diet: South Beach, Atkins, Cabbage Soup. You name it I’ve tried it, but the low carbohydrate diets made me even more tired and actually made me sick.

 

I realized that I couldn’t diet anymore. I had to change my lifestyle. With a strong mind, fitness and nutrition I lost over 61 lbs.

 

 

I have been where you are now, maybe you have a hundred pounds to lose or maybe it’s just twenty, what ever the amount, I am here to teach and motivate you to get through the tough times and reach your goals.

 

I became a Certified Fitness and Nutrition Trainer to help people just like yourself. Be confident and proud of who you are. As a mother and a wife I know how us women tend to put ourselves last, we take care of everyone else first and than maybe if there is time, we get around to helping ourselves. Let me tell you how important you are. There would be no clean house, no cooked dinner, no finished homework, and no satisfied husbands (just to name a few) if we were not around.
